The National Transportation Safety Board has scheduled an interview with the operator of a train that crashed at O'Hare International Airport. NTSB investigator Ted Turpin says the interview was being held this afternoon. He says the agency will look into every possible factor, including fatigue. The union representing the operator says there are indications that fatigue played a role in the crash. Turpin says the NTSB also will look into how the CTA trains, monitors and reviews the performance of operators. He says investigators will examine videos from inside the cars and those mounted inside the station. The front car also had a forward-facing video. More than 30 people were hurt when the Chicago Transit Authority train jumped its tracks and climbed an escalator at O'Hare just before 3 a.m. Monday.
