CIRA Director Says Airport Healthy In Tighter Environment Passenger traffic through the Central Illinois Regional Airport was down close to 12% last year, largely because of the departure of AirTran Airways. The airport in Bloomington made up part of the AirTran loss through the addition of Allegiant routes to Orlando and Frontier carriage westward. WGLTís Charlie Schlenker talks with CIRA Director Carl Olson about what the New Year is bringing. So far that has been very bad flying weather.
