ISU Creating Diversity And Inclusion Post

Diversity efforts at Illinois State University are leading to the creation of a new cabinet-level position. President Tim Flanagan announced during Founders Day ceremonies ISU is looking for its first Assistant to the President For Diversity and Inclusion. Two separate task forces have concluded the position be created, so Flanagan is convening a President's Council on Diversity to search for someone he says knows the university and has the experience and passion for the job and has respect of colleagues.
