Eureka College has another reason to be glad Ronald Reagan attended the school, or maybe a million reasons. The Woodford County college just received a $1-Million bequest from the estate of Neil and Bess Reagan. Neil Reagan, the former President's brother, died in 1996.   The gift comes on the 103rd anniversary of the birth of Ronald Reagan and the 159th Founders’ Day of Eureka College, both which fall on Feb. 6. Neil Reagan, nicknamed “Moon,” followed his younger brother to Eureka College and graduated in 1933.
