Garrett Scott of Normal has had a long life filled with action for social justice. He fought for the first civil rights ordinance in Bloomington Normal. He has spent time in the middle east working with Palestinian Children. And Scott was present for one of the seminal moments in American History, Martin Luther King's I Have A Dream Speech.
