The candidates for Illinois governor and other elected offices have until midnight to report how much money they raised in the last three months of 2013. The fourth quarter reports will give the most up-to-date look at each campaign's finances heading into the March 18 primary. Republican state Sens. Bill Brady and Kirk Dillard and Treasurer Dan Rutherford have lagged behind fellow GOP rival Bruce Rauner and Democratic Gov. Pat Quinn in fundraising. Rutherford now reports he raised about $393,000 between October and December. His campaign fund now holds about $1.4 million. The other candidates haven't yet filed their reports. But Rauner says he raised more than $4 million during the same period. The wealthy businessman has contributed more than $1 million to his own campaign.
