Bloomington Normal government officials say retail sales and multi family housing are two sectors that could be impacted by State Farm Insurance's creation of huge new office projects in other regions of the country. Over the next two to five years, it's possible the twin cities will have to find a way to cope with a drop of three to four thousand jobs.
