BREAKING: Senate Approves Pension Deal; House Vote Pending

The Illinois Senate has approved a $160B pension reform proposal. Bloomington Republican Bill Brady, a candidate for the GOP nomination for Governor, voted for the plan while one of his opponents, Senator Kirk Dillard of Hinsdale, voted against it. The measure still being considered by House.
