Mitsubishi is reporting it's best November sales month in six years. According to figures released by the Japanese automaker, sales topped 6,000 last month for the first November since more than 7,900 models rolled out of showrooms in 2007. Leading the charge was the central Illinois-produced Outlander Sport. The Crossover Utility Vehicle saw more than 2,000 units sold last month, a 35% increase over the same month last year. The all-new 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander was next with one sale shy of 1,400. Overall, Mitsubishi saw a nearly 70% increase in monthly sales from last year. Company officials expect the upward sales trend to continue this month, thanks to a TV ad campaign and incentives. Elsewhere, Chrysler sales were up 16% last month, GM reported a 14% gain, and Ford sales were up 7%.
