During this 50th anniversary of the JFK assassination, a new generation is getting exposure to one of the nation's significant traumas. Normal Community West High School teacher Jason Klokkenga says his social studies students just finished a unit on 9-11 conspiracy theories, so he is running them through the grandaddy of all conspiracy speculation.
Klokkenga says he will ask his class Friday what they think really happened. Future lessons, Klokkenga says, may deal with the impact of the Kennedy killing on U.S. foreign policy and on the way other countries respond to the United States.
