DUI Accusation In Pontiac Police Death The Livingston County States Attorney has filed charges in the death of a Pontiac Police officer and police dog Draco. 29-year old Casey Kohlmeier died when his squad car parked in the median of Interstate 55 was struck by another vehicle at highway speeds Wednesday evening. 33-year old Jason Collins of West Columbia, South Carolina faces Aggravated DUI charges for allowing his pickup truck to leave the roadway and strike the Pontiac Police SUV in the center cross over. State Troopers took Collins into custody when he was discharged from an area hospital. Collins has waived extradition andd is at the Livingston County Jail.
