Another Dem Enters Congressional Race The number of Democrats seeking the party's nod to run for congress in the 13th district, which stretches from Bloomington-Normal to Edwardsville, grows to three. David Green of Champaign joins U-of-I physics professor George Gollin and Madison County judge Ann Callis on the March ballot. Green, a policy analyst at the University of Illinois, says he'll make an official announcement this weekend. Green says he's running against unfettered financial powerhouses, including the World Bank, Wall Street, and the Federal Reserve. He also says he opposed the war policies of the Obama administration.   On the Republican side, Taylorville incumbent Rodney Davis faces a challenge from Erika Harold of Urbana.
