Bloomington Council Votes Against Releasing Hamilton Talks    The Bloomington City Council decided against releasing information from a closed door meeting during which the performance of former city manager Tom Hamilton was discussed. The council DID vote last night to release information from a dozen other meetings. The state Attorney General has ordered the city to review meeting discussions going back five years.
Alderman Robert Fazzini says a summary of the closed door sessions would be preferable to a release of verbatim comments…

Alderman Kevin Lower says the public has "the right to know"…

The final vote to withhold information on meetings regarding Hamilton's evaluation 6-to-3.
