More human remains have turned up on the Mackinaw River near Kappa. Fishermen reported finding the body parts yesterday afternoon. Shortly after collection of those remains was being conducted, additional apparently human remains were found. Both sets of remains were downstream from the spot where a human torso was found just over a week ago. In a press release, McLean County Coroner Beth Kimmerling says all the remains will undergo DNA identification testing, and are presumed to have come from Woodford County Homicide Victim Oakley Mitchell of rural Secor.
