Two Bloomington residents, arrested Wednesday in Indianapolis, are being charged in connection with a rural Secor Homicide. Woodford County's charging 23 year old Rayshawn Johnson with the murder of 74 year old Oakley Mitchell. 24 year old Vishawn Mills is charged by McLean County prosecutors with concealing a homicide. Investigators this week found human remains at the Mitchell home, after finding a human torso in the Mackinaw River near Kappa last weekend. DNA tests are being conducted to see if both sets of remains came from the same person.
