McLean County Prosecutors say the owner of a gas station in Lexington has been found guilty of drug dealing and possession charges relating to a synthetic hallucinogenic substance known as Bulldog Spice. Kuldeep Chatha faces a sentence of between four and fifteen years in prison. Prosecutors are also seeking the BP Amoco station in an asset forfeiture procedure. Prosecutors say it was a difficult case because Chatha was not working as a clerk and it was tough to prove the owner and manager knew about the synthetic drugs being sold.
