Why some nations fail Some countries go from strength to strength. Others wallow for centuries at subsistence level food supplies that bind nearly the entire populace to poverty. A scholar visiting Illinois Wesleyan University tomorrow thinks he may know why such countries differ. He shares the answer with WGLT's Charlie Schlenker.
