The McLean County Board has decided to put electrical aggregation on the ballot for unincorporated areas of McLean County. The Bloomington City Council also this week approved a ballot measure. Voters in the Town of Normal approved a similar bulk buying agreement in November and the Town has already signed the contract to save substantial amounts for purchase of electricity on the open market.
