A Peoria police officer who'd filed a harassment complaint against the department is now alleging she's being retaliated against because of those complaints. Donna Nicholson has spent the past two decades working for the Peoria Police Department, and has been in charge of asset forfeitures for the vice unit for half that time. The original complaint alleged a surveillance officer with the department set up cameras to record Nicholson, and put a tracker on her car. Nicholson was granted an order of protection from the officer. All of the complaints are still pending.
