The incoming Olympia schools superintendent is already familiar with the sprawling district. 39 year old Andrew Wise has been District 16 business and operations manager since 2006, and began his career with Olympia in 2000. July first he'll replace 56 year old Brad Hutchinson , who's retiring.    Olympia includes rural areas of McLean, DeWitt, Tazewell, Woodford and Logan Counties, a total of 377 square miles. Most of the 2,000 students who attend the Stanford based district ride the bus. District 16 also has elementary schools in Minier, Danvers, and Atlanta. Wise got his bachelor's degree and doctorate at Illinois State University
