Police records on a teenage boy found dead at his family's home in Beason in 2009 could undercut the claims of self defense by a man accused of killing five members of the family. A report shows no police record for 16 year old Dillen Constant. Christopher Harris' attorneys asked for the record to bolster claims Constant killed his own family, and Harris walked in and killed Constant in self defense. Christopher Harris' brother Jason is also accused in the murders. Rick and Ruth Gee, Dillen Constant, and two other children where found dead in the family's Logan County home, a three year old girl survived the slaughter. A jury trial for Christopher Harris is scheduled to begin in April, lawyers say they want the trial moved to another county. Jason Harris' trial has yet to be scheduled.
