Two hundred workers at the Peoria Hostess plant are among the 18,000 employees of the bakery giant who are wondering what's next. Hostess issued a deadline to striking workers to return to work by 4 O'Clock yesterday afternoon, but that didn't happen. The company says it will proceed with plans to liquidate, and likely sell of it's name brand products like "Twinkies," and "Ho Ho's," and shut down it's bakeries. A union official says workers have already given the company concessions and will not accept another 8% wage cut.
