BPD arrests gang members for Orchard Rd shootings Bloomington Police have now arrested four people in connection with Monday's east side shootings on Orchard Road. One man was shot in the back, a second in his thigh, and a third person was beaten at the location east of Veterans Parkway and north of East Empire. The injuries were not life threatening. Officers say the shootings related to a gang dispute by members of the Black Disciples involving a subgroup called the M-O-Bs. In custody are 18-year old Jake Williams, 20-year old Raymond Davis, 23-year old Kenneth King, and 20-year old Antoine Smith. They face a variety of charges including Mob Action, Possession of a firearm by a gang member, and Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm. Police are still searching for 25-year old Deandre Daniels and 22-year old Qunshawn Gardner.
