Bloomington Police have now arrested four people in connection with Monday's east side shootings on Orchard Road. One man was shot in the back, a second in his thigh, and a third person was beaten at the location east of Veterans Parkway and north of East Empire. The injuries were not life threatening. Officers say the shootings related to a gang dispute by members of the Black Disciples involving a subgroup called the M-O-Bs. In custody are 18-year old Jake Williams, 20-year old Raymond Davis, 23-year old Kenneth King, and 20-year old Antoine Smith. They face a variety of charges including Mob Action, Possession of a firearm by a gang member, and Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm. Police are still searching for 25-year old Deandre Daniels and 22-year old Qunshawn Gardner.
