Absentee and provisional ballots yet to be counted could impact the close race for a seat on the McLean County Board in district three. With all 14 County and city of Bloomington precincts reporting, Democrat Julie Brandt led Republican incumbent Diane Bostic by just four votes. But county and city election officials say there are dozens of votes cast that haven't been counted. Officials have until November 20th to add in absentee and provisonal ballots. Bostic says she will abide by whatever final vote tally results. District three serves mostly southwest McLean County.
