Miller Park Zoo obtains otter The Miller Park Zoo has a new companion for its male River Otter. The Oakland Zoo has sent a two year old female otter named "Tallulah" to the facility in Bloomington. The otter exhibit is among the zoo's most popular. The male otter, "Ozzie," has been on display since 2005. The Miller Park Zoo is still looking for a companion for its lone Sea Lion. That lack is one of several reasons the zoo received only a year's extension from an accrediting organization, instead of a full five year renewal. The zoo is also trying to fix financial issues.
