A LeRoy High School student and another from Deer Creek-Mackinaw are among sixteen Illinois high school students meeting in Springfield to advise the state Board of Education about student concerns. Included on the panel this year is Danielle Segerstrom from LeRoy and Morgan Rich from Dee-Mack. This year's Student Advisory Council meets tomorrow and Wednesday for the first time and includes 9 other new members from around the state.
