BPD investigates east side shooting

Police are investigating a very violent east side Bloomington shooting incident involving four victims and three suspects. Police Spokesman Dave White says it happened early Sunday morning during a party at an apartment on Gettysburg Drive with 50 people attending. White says the scene on Gettysburg Drive was chaotic when police arrived. There were about 50 people present.

Arrested hours later were 20-year old Ross Johnson of Normal, 19-year old Malcolm Johnson, and 18-year old Dartaeveon Miles.

The two Johnson brothers are being held for attempted homicide. Miles was booked for Obstructing Justice. In critical condition with gunshots to the face and neck is 18-year old Preston Bellamy of Bloomington. In stable condition with multiple bullets to the body is 18-year old Shanieca Mack of Bloomington. In addition a 21 year old man has a wound to the posterior, and an 18 year old man was grazed by a gunshot.
