The U-S Attorney's office has announced a child pornography indictment against a Dewitt County man. Nineteen year old Dustin Underwood of Clinton faces three counts of distribution of child porn and one count of possession. Federal prosecutors say each count carries five to twenty years in prison if Underwood is convicted.
