Police say the mother of an infant reported abducted from outside the US Post Office in Toulon has been arrested. 19-year-old Kendra Elizabeth Meaker was taken into custody after reporting her 3-week-old daughter had been abducted yesterday from the back seat of her vehicle. Authorities say Mia Graci Thompson was found yesterday along a road and is in good condition. At the time the alert was issued, state police said they were looking for a woman driving a gold or tan Buick or Pontiac. Toulon is about 30 miles northwest of Peoria.
