Bloomington Police say they believe they have arrested the robber who told bank tellers he had a bomb in his backpack and demanded money. The robbery happened over the noon hour at Bloomington Municipal Credit Union on South Gridley Street. Officers say 39-year old James Tourle resembled the description of the robber and they found him walking south on Main Street a little later. Police say Tourle admitted he was the man they were looking for. Reports indicate Tourle had the money and officers found the backpack nearby, without a bomb.
