This year's Illinois Blues Festival will not be held at its customary riverfront location. Because of rain forecasted for this weekend, organizers of the annual Labor Day weekend event have shifted the festival to indoor facilities at Expo Gardens. The remnants of Hurricane Isaac are expected to hit central Illinois this weekend so organizers decided to move the festival away from the river. The Ilinois Blues Festival will be held Friday and Saturday.
