WBEZ, the public radio station in Chicago, wants to visit that building but Governor Pat Quinn says no. Today, IPR's Robert Wildeboer turns the attention to another prison Quinn is keeping out of public view--Vandalia in southern Illinois, where flooding and mold are an issue.
