Some major changes are on the horizon very soon for the Bloomington-Normal Public Transit System, including a smart phone app, a new major transfer station and a new identity. WGLT's Willis Kern has more with BNPTS General Manager Andrew Johnson.
Johnson says the federally-mandated three-year compliance review has just been completed, and given the staffing issues at BNPTS the past few years, residents may be surprised about the findings.
