Four teens have been arrested after a pair of attacks on the Bloomington-Normal Constitution trail. The teens, from Bloomington-Normal and Chicago, are charged with beating and kickinga man Friday. The young men are accused of mob action, and were taken to the McLean County Jail. Earlier last week a LeRoy teenage boy was sent to the hospital with head injuries after he was beaten on the recreational trail.
