The Normal town council is working hard to make sure the wrong type of person doesn't come into the UpTown Train Station. The Council approved a code that bans people with poor personal hygiene, and inappropriate clothing from the building. You'll not be able to put your feet up while waiting for a train either, the code bans the practice of putting feet on seats. The bans also include drinking alcohol, smoking tobacco, and panhandling.   Security officers will patrol the transit hub, and homeless people will be shuttled off to PATH. This marks the first conduct code for any town facility. The council will also consider extending the panhandling ban to outside the station.
