Illinois Governor Pat Quinn's opinions on issues can be hard to pin down. That was not the case four decades ago, has he preached about basketball...hair styles...and the Vietnam War. He was a columnist at his university's newspaper. Those college writings reveal many of the same traits Illinoisans now see in their governor. IPR's Sam Hudzik has the story:
