Problems with a vendor who was supposed to facilitate the transfer of some State Farm retirees who're eligible to Medicare have caused a slow-down in the process. Spokesman Jeff McCollum says the Bloomington-based insurance company's not worried about the delay:
McCollum says State Farm will not be working with the vendor, Aeon-Hewitt Navigators, as they reopen the process this fall.
