The fitness trainer for the family of the President says people can pay now or pay later in terms of fitness. Cornell McClellan is the keynote speaker for Illinois State University's science and technology week. McClellan says he knows of no one who is busier than President Obama. He says if Obama can make time for fitness, anyone can do so.
McClellan cautions people should not expect to make lifestyle changes easily.
McClellan advocates a holistic approach to fitness including nutrition and spiritual activity as well as exercise. He says most people have busy lives and the early part of the day is the time least likely to be in conflict with kids or work.
