Shortly after the University of Illinois announced the resignation President Michael Hogan, the Illinois House approved a measure that would restrict how state universities go about hiring top officials. The proposal would block state schools from using tuition and tax dollars to hire outside search firms. IPR's Brian Mackey has more:
