Term limits topic in state senate primary contest


One of the biggest issues of contention in the race for the Republican nomination to the 51st state Senate Seat is incumbency. There is no incumbent in the newly drawn state senate district, but Chapin Rose of Mahomet is in his fifth term as state representative. His challenger in the primary Tuesday has never held public office. WGLT's Jim Browne has the story:
