Employees protest state facility closure plans

Across Illinois unionized state employees are protesting the proposed closure of state facilities, including prisons and centers for the mentally disabled. The gatherings have included Dwight and Bloomington. IPR's Rachel Otwell reports a correctional Lieutenant who works at the super-max prison in Tamms says the plans would put lives in danger.
