A 43-year old Bloomington man is under arrest for improperly selling towed vehicles. Police say Bloomington-Normal Towing Company on Fort Jesse Road hauled away supposedly abandoned vehicles. There are procedures to follow for contacting owners and then filing paperwork to dispose of the vehicles. Officers say Sean Youngblood was not contacting owners or following procedures. He allegedly just sold the vehicles to unauthorized recipients. Police also say they found unlawful guns and prescription drugs during warrant searches. Youngblood also faces controlled substance and unlawful use of weapon charges.
