After 32 years reporting for the Bloomington Pantagraph newspaper, Outdoor Editor Scott Richardson has retired. Richardson accepted a buy-out offer from the paper's parent company Lee Enterprises, which has staged a couple of buy-outs of senior staff members as a cost-cutting move. WGLT's Willis Kern has more with the paper's former employee.
