Camping in the Uptown traffic circle will not be allowed following a vote by the Normal Town Council last night. The council also included the space between the Children's Discovery Museum and the new Multi Model center in the ban. It was a preemptive move to prevent groups like the "Occupy" movement from occupying the spaces overnights. Violators face a $100 fine.
