At the close of the year, it's customary to glance back at the old before getting on with the new. Uptown Normal altered its landscape this past year by saying good-bye to an old building and laying the groundwork for a new addition to take its place. Even though the old building is gone, a little savage savvy has seen to it that parts of it will live on. WGLT's Laura Kennedy has this story.
