Sound Ideas Candidate Forums

GLT is proud to partner with the League of Women Voters McLean County to bring our community a series of candidate forums for Bloomington and Normal mayoral candidates, Bloomington city council candidates and Town of Normal council candidates. Each forum will be broadcast live from ISU's University Galleries at 6 PM on the date scheduled and will be rebroadcast the following day on GLT's Sound Ideas at noon. These forums are open to the public.

We welcome your questions for these forums. Submit your question for a candidate and/or position.

The Series Schedule:

February 16 – Bloomington Mayor (5 candidates)
March 2 – Town of Normal Mayoral Forum (2 candidates)
March 14 -- Bloomington Wards 1, 5, 7 (5 candidates)
March 16 -- Bloomington Wards 3, 9 (7 candidates)
March 21 -- Town of Normal Council forum (4 candidates for 3 open positions)
March 28 -- Bloomington Mayor (remaining 2 candidates)
