Marian McPartland's Piano Jazz
Monday on GLT, 7-8PM

The inmitable Marian McPartland captivates you every Monday with her passion for the music and the musicians who make it. Piano Jazz is a forum for jazz legends and influential performers as well as up-and-coming talents. Oscar Peterson, Herbie Hancock, Dave Brubeck, Diana Krall, Max Roach, Cassandra Wilson and Tony Bennett are among the over 500 guests who have joined McPartland to create dynamic duets and discuss their lives and music.

SwingTime with Laura Kennedy
Monday on GLT, 8-9PM

Take a trip back to a more elegant era with GLT's SwingTime. It's classic swing from the masters who created a new style of music that still thrills us today. Duke Ellington, Benny Goodman, Mary Lou Williams, Count Basie, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald and more, presented with passion and style by GLT's own Laura Kennedy (pictured). Along with the great standards, Laura always includes music from the hot bands working today to carry on the swing tradition in the 21st century.

Radio Deluxe
Tuesday on GLT, 7-9PM

Listen for classics from the Great American Songbook, interviews with guests drawing from the songbook and your deluxe hosts, guitarist John Pizzarelli and his wife and performer, Jessica Molaskey. They usually sing a song or two, play some music from the deluxe record collection and talk with guests, including Diana Krall, Peter Cincotti, Michael Buble and Norah Jones. Radio Munson
Thursday on GLT, 7-9PM

Don Munson, one of McLean County's favorite voices, shares his eclectic mix of big band swing, vintage hot jazz and Las Vegas headliners. The conversation is as lively as the music Don (pictured) plays and his passion for real music history is contagious. You're sure to hear some of your favorites and you're sure to run into some wonderful surprises during Radio Munson.
