OSF HealthCare is planning to open a new medical building in north Normal in the Constitution Trail Centre.
The Normal Planning Commission will review plans for the 13,125-square-foot office building at its meeting Aug. 10. The project, led by East Peoria developer Cullinan Properties, will be located off Bradford Lane, just northeast of the Wendy’s.
It’s the second new development planned in the coming months for Constitution Trail Centre near Raab and Main streets. The Normal Town Council in June approved plans for a Sky Zone indoor trampoline park, which will be located just west of the former Starplex (now AMC Classic) movie theater.
The Normal Town Council would vote on the OSF building next.
