Music is the universal language, and everyone can carry a tune--literally. You'll visit a Methodist church in Bloomington where the hand-bell choir has been a part of worship for a half century. A Libertarian think tank with ties to Governor Bruce Rauner is showing a movie it produced about the life of Illinois House Speaker Michael Madigan.
