Bloomington Police are moving closer to starting a pilot program with body cameras for officers.
They estimate 140,000 dollars for the purchase of 80 cameras, and another 270,000 dollars for data storage, digital evidence management, computer equipment, and so on.
Assistant Chief Ken Bays tells GLT's Charlie Schlenker that's not a completely refined amount, and there remains a lot to be done.
